since isabelle's 4 month checkup, a strange rash has been invading her entire body. yesterday we took her to see a dermatologist who is currently diagnosing her with hives (cause still undetermined). for a month, we'll be treating her with good old fashioned benadryl and a steroid topical cream. i hope this does the trick and rids her body of the antigen causing this nasty rash. if she's not better in a month, the doctor will be performing a skin biopsy to rule out several conditions isabelle may possibly have.
on a happier note, she's growing strong and is overall a healthy baby. she's really good at eating cereal now and i'm hoping to start her on veggies within the next week. she loves to eat so mealtime is a cinch and she's gaining weight at the perfect rate...
i wish i could freeze time and keep her this size and age forever. kids grow up way too fast! i know up coming developments in her physical skills are going to be an adventure, but before you know it, she'll be all grown up, starting school, making new friends, and growing up to be a responsible adult (hopefully)...man do i feel old.
