just another summer weekend

hmmm...not much to talk about today. this weekend has been pretty laid back and uneventful. i did get quite a bit of sun yesterday...mario and i took a short road trip on the motorcycle to the ft. worth zoo and spent several hours in the hot sun awwing and ooing at animals. we then rode to oak point (just north of little elm) to visit mario's sisters and cooled off in their pool for a couple of hours. the day ended with us helping my mom move out of her lakewood nail salon studio so she can begin working fulltime in carrollton. mario is working today so i have the apartment all to myself. i'm catching up on house chores while enjoying a desparate housewives season two marathon...nothing but much needed relaxation time...
