happy father's day

hope all you dads had a good father's day. the plan was to take mario golfing, but it was entirely too hot so we celebrated by sitting inside, drank mojitos and relaxed all day...it was our one day to be lazy together and it was great! considering my intentions of going golfing, i made mario a golf cart cake. it's been a while since i've even gone near any of my baking supplies, but so far, this has been the best and the funnest cake i've made yet.
