we're officially over

so monday evening, mario started his new job and i was looking forward to hearing about how his day went. to my surprise, the evening did not go as i expected...he was real short with me and seemed rather annoyed and bothered so we went to bed on what i thought was kinda bad terms...nothing drastic. well in the middle of the night, he decided to sleep on the floor...ok, so that was weird...why would he suddenly sleep on the fllor? well the next morning, he pretty much ignored me...wouldn't look at me, speak to me and didn't even say bye when he left. so my morning started out really rotten, and the rest of my day was pretty much ruined as well...i couldn't help but wonder what i did wrong and why he was acting the way he was. my mid-morning text of "i'm thinking about you and miss you so call me when you can" resulted in no response from mario. i was absolutely dumbfounded, confused, upset and prepared myself to come home to another uncomfortable evening. the rest of my day took an unexpected turn and i have to break the unfortunate news that our relationship as boyfriend and girlfriend is over. why would we end our relationship so suddenly???? it's just too complicated to explain...we both love each other way too much, and there is no reason why we would break up cuz we are so engaged! ha! mario totally surprised me with beautiful flowers (the ones pictured in my previous post) and a very nice dinner at home with the two most important people in my entire life. i truly thought he put this entire production together as a big "apology" for the way he had been acting. as i least expected it, he whipped out the ring and proposed! the ring is absolutely gorgeous! he did SUCH a good job and we are both so happy! =)
