don't leave me

isabelle is 7 months and is growing like a weed! i look at her everyday and am so amazed at what a miracle she is to us. she is still so very young, but it's so cool that she has developed the many skills she has acquired since she was born. she's now sitting up on her own and drags herself across the floor. it's funny watching her attempt to crawl because she finds it akward to use her legs and doesn't move them half the time. when she tries to use her legs, she ends up lopsided on the floor, face down. she's also going through a phase that both mario and i are not too fond of--separation and stranger anxiety. i can't wait for her to grow out of this because it breaks my heart to hear her cry when she sees me walking away, but at the same time, i do not want to foster any negative behavior. she also picks and chooses who she wants to be around and a lot of the time, she just wants me and daddy. people have told me it's strange she is going through this phase so early--it's unbelievable how babies come out of the womb, not knowing how to do or comprehend anything, but in as little as 7 months, they learn the simplest skills that we as adults don't even think about, recognize people's faces, and even understand what no means! i can't help but smile everytime i see her...
